Welding…
We use TIG, MIG and spot welding. Every worker is well-trained and using fixture to make sure the same welding procedure can output same quality products. We use standard operation procedure to reduce the difference in every working procedure. |

In order to make our production line more efficient and cost more effective, we have kept investing capital in mechinery. We belive every investment can be benefit both our customers and us. The latest investment is our auto-bending machine, it helps us to reach the precise tolerance and shorten the production time. |

All metal works are done in our powder coating line. It is a 924 foot long overhead conveyor to move products through powder coating line. The max. size our powder coating line can handle is 1 meter (3.3' wide) x 1 meter (3.3' height) x 2 meter (6.6' long). |

All parts of our products are clearly labeled by number, and all hardware packs are bilister pack. They reduce human errors greatly and increase efficiency in assembly line. Our warehousing people would take a thorough record on every container leaves our facility by taking pictures of container loading and a air-tight audit trail. |
